Large-scale battery project developer brings experienced industry manager on board | “Driving force for the management team”

Pullach, November 13. A new task for former Siemens CEO Heinrich von Pierer: the Erlangen native is now advising the battery storage project developer GESI Giga Batteries. “I am delighted that we have been able to gain one of the most experienced industry managers in Germany as a driving force and dialog partner for our management team,” says GESI CEO Walter Raizner. “His advice and network are extremely valuable for us as a young company.”

“In less than two years, GESI has developed into an important player on the German market for large-scale battery storage systems,” says Heinrich von Pierer. “I would like to contribute to continuing this success story and look forward to working with Walter Raizner, Jens Wegmann and the entire team.”
